In honor of my dad's upcoming 60th birthday and the golfing we will soon be doing to celebrate, Episode 3 of #SaturdayCoffeyBreak starts a 3-part series looking at drills for thoracic mobility specifically for the golf swing.
Thoracic mobility while maintaining lumbopelvic stability is crucial for power development and quality of your back swing and follow through. But it's just as important for functional tasks throughout your day.
I focus on a basic beginner exercise where we cue the stability needed and focus on thoracic mobility.
